I don't know for sure what this is supposed to be for, but I'll tell you what's going on at my house.

We're remodeling. I had to leave for a week so I didn't have to deal with all the drywall dust while they did electrical work and replace the ceiling that fell in due to my line to the icemaker leaking. We also knocked out a wall between the dining room and living room, and let me tell you, doing that is a mess! I came back to downlights in my kitchen and new ceilings,...
